Martin Cockerham will be taking part in the Leeds Xpress Triathlon on Sunday 1st August at The Grammar School at Leeds. Swimming 400m, followed by a 22.6km cycle and finishing off with a 5.1km run, Martin hopes to complete the course in under 2 hours!

Martin finished 3rd in his category, in a time of 1 hour 35 mins - tired but happy!
